On Sunday April 27, 2025, suspect, Phalisia Chairez violently assaulted a juvenile female and demanded her property. The suspect continued assaulting the juvenile victim while 2 other adult male suspects stole the victim’s property. The above suspect, Phalisia Madison Lee Chairez, has an active Robbery warrant for her arrest.
